The P222 Series are 2-way normally closed piston type valves with pilot operated by a pneumatic operator controlled from a separate source. The main valve has just one moving part- a piston. Pneumatic operator has two moving parts- a piston assembly and stem & disc.
Features:
• Unique sealing member isolates pilot air pressure from mainline fluid
• Variations in pilot air pressure do not affect valve operation
• Design provides long life handling of lubricated air
• Handle fluids up to 200˚F (92˚C)
• Some constructions handle steam up to 353˚F (177˚C)
• Mountable in any position
